Return Policy

Our Pre-K Letter Learning Kit is designed to be used over the course of a few weeks or months and we are expecting both adults and children will have a great time and make lots of progress working together on the letter learning activities.

You can return unused Kits that are in the original form you received it for a full refund up to 14 days from the date of the Pre-K Kit arrival. Just send us an email with the return request and reason for the return. Once we receive your return, refunds are issued in the same form you purchased with a few business days provided the Kit is in a good condition. Shipping costs are not refundable and you are responsible for covering the costs of return shipping.

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our product. If you are not completely satisfied please contact us to discuss the reasons for your dissatisfaction and we will do all we can to address your concerns.
